摘 要:目的观察番石榴叶水煎剂对蜡状芽孢杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌等11种细菌的抑菌效果。方法蜡状芽孢杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌等11种实验菌为受试菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定番石榴叶水提取物对它们的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果番石榴叶对阴沟肠杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、宋内志贺菌、咽颊炎链球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、威斯康星米勒菌、产酸克雷伯菌、肠粪肠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中对蜡状芽孢杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、咽颊炎链球菌、威斯康星米勒菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用最强,MIC为0.031 g/ml。结论番石榴叶水提取物抑菌作用强,抗菌谱较广,它在抗菌药物方面具有较好的开发价值。Objective To observe the antibacterial effects of guava leaves water extract on 11 kinds of bacteria. Methods Eleven kinds of bacteria such as bacillus cereus and enterobacter cloacae, etc were used as the experimental bacteria. Broth microdilution method was used to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) of the guava leaves water extract against these bacteria. Results The guava leaves water extract had various levels of antimicrobial effect on aerobacter cloacae, bacillus cereus, bacterium sonnei ,pharyngitis chain bacteria, klebsiella pneumonia, moellerella wisconsensis, klebsiella oxytoca, intestinal enterococcus faecalis, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, and staphylococcus aureus. The water extract had the strongest antimicrobial effects on bacillus cereus, aerobacter cloacae, pharyngitis chain bacteria, moellerella wisconsensis, and pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the MIC was 0. 031 g/ml. Conclusion The water extract of guava leaves has strong antibacterial effects and broad antimicrobial spectrum. It has good value in the development of antibacterials.
