地方院校学报“地方文史”栏目存在的问题及后续建设策略——以四川部分地方院校学报为例

摘　　要：地方高校学报从研究民族文史、历史名人、地域文化、断代史方面设有"地方文史"栏目,但存在栏目连续性、稳定性不足,作者学历与职称结构不平衡、多数稿件质量平平等问题,编辑应从外借助科研机构、设立栏目主持人、培养一批作者群和从内提高自己的学术水平、社交能力等方式来对栏目进行后续建设。Many journals of local universities have the column Local Culture at,u y the ethnic culture and history, the historical celebrities, regional culture and dynastic history. Yet these columns have problems of been weak in continuity and stability, imbalanced educational degree and professional title, low-quality drafts. Editors are suggested to construct such columns by means of referring scientific researching institutions, setting hosts for columns, cultivating the group of authors as well as improving the academic and social competences.
