摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和N-烯丙基吗啉(AMPL)为单体,(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3为氧化还原引发体系,制得AM/AA/AMPL新型水溶性共聚物。适宜的反应条件为:m(AM)∶m(AA)∶m(AMPL)=7∶3∶0.01、溶液pH=7、单体总含量20%(w)、反应温度40℃。利用FTIR,1H NMR,13C NMR等方法研究了该共聚物的结构、性能及提高采收率能力。实验结果表明,AM/AA/AMPL共聚物具有良好的增黏性能、抗剪切性能和耐温耐盐性能。当质量浓度为3 000 mg/L时,AM/AA/AMPL共聚物溶液在剪切速率1 000 s-1、温度25℃下的黏度保留率为9.7%;在剪切速率170 s-1、温度80℃时的黏度保留率为92.3%。AM/AA/AMPL共聚物提高室内模拟原油的采收率能力优于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺。A novel water-soluble copolymer, poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid-4-allylmorpholine) (AM/AA/AMPL) was synthesized from acrylamide(AM), acrylic acid(AA) and 4-allylmorpholine (AMPL) with (NH4)2S208-NaHSO3 as redox initiation system. The optimal synthesizing conditions were: re(AM) : m(AA) : m(AMPL) 7 : 3 : 0.01, pH 7, total monomer content 20%(w) and 40 ℃. The structure and properties of the copolymer were characterized by means of FTIR, IH NMR and 13C NMR. Its effect on the enhancement of crude oil recovery was investigated. The results indicated that the copolymer possessed the good tackability, temperature-tolerance, salt-resistance and shear- resistance. When the copolymer concentration was 3 000 mg/L, the viscosity retention ratio of the copolymer solution could be 9.7% under 1 000 s-1 shear rate and 25℃, and up to 92.3% under 170 s-1 shear rate and 80℃. The simulated crude oil recovery using the AM/AA/AMPL copolymer solution was higher than that using partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide.
