摘  要:以乙二胺和马来酸酐为单体制备了N,N′-二(4-氧基-2-烯酸)乙二胺(EDMA);以EDMA、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为单体制备了AM/AA/SAS/EDMA四元共聚物。利用FTIR、SEM和元素分析等方法分析了该四元共聚物的结构特征,并对其耐温耐盐性能、抗剪切性能和提高采收率能力进行了研究。实验结果表明,当质量浓度为5 000 mg/L时,该四元共聚物溶液在95℃下的黏度保留率为39.5%;在10 000 mg/L NaCl,1 000 mg/L CaCl2,1 000 mg/L MgCl2·6H2O溶液中的黏度保留率分别为12.1%,19.3%,27.5%;当质量浓度为2 000 mg/L时,在剪切速率为500 s-1下剪切5min后其黏度为28.7 mPa·s,黏度保留率为85.7%;室内采收率实验结果表明,60℃下该四元共聚物的采收率比AM/AA二元共聚物高5.7%。A functional monomer, N, N'-bis(4-oxobut-2-enoic acid) ethylenediamine(EDMA), with reaction activity was prepared from ethylenediamine and maleic anhydride. Then a tetra-polymer AM/AA/SAS/EDMA was synthesized from EDMA, acrylamide(AM), acrylic acid(AA) and sodium allylsulfonate(SAS). The structure of the tetra-polymer was characterized by FTIR, SEM and elemental analysis. The temperature resistance, salt tolerance and shearing resistance of the tetra-polymer, and its effect on the enhancement of oil recovery(EOR) were studied. It was found that, at 95 ℃, the viscosity retention ratios of the tetra-polymer(5 000 mg/L) were 39.5%, 12.1% in 10 000 mg/L NaC1 brine, 19.3% in 1 000 mg/L CaC12 brine and 27.5% in 1 000 mg/L MgC12· 6H20 brine. The viscosity of the tetra-polymer solution(2 000 mg/L) was 28.7 mPa·s with 85.7% viscosity retention ratio after sheared at 500 s-1 for 5 min. The results of indoor EOR experiments showed that the oil recovery by polymer flooding with the tetra-polymer was 5.7% higher than that with AM/AA copolymer at 60 ℃.
