摘 要:以1,4-丁二酸和1,4-丁二醇为单体,磷酸铝、钛酸正四丁酯或钛酸正四丁酯-磷酸铝为催化剂,采用熔融缩聚法进行了合成聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的实验。考察了催化剂种类及用量对反应过程的影响,并采用1H NMR,GPC,DSC,WAXRD等方法对PBS产物进行表征。实验结果表明,磷酸铝催化剂没有催化活性;使用钛酸正四丁酯催化剂时产生较多的低聚物;与单独使用钛酸正四丁酯催化剂相比,使用钛酸正四丁酯-磷酸铝复合(n(Al)∶n(Ti)=1.00)催化剂时可将反应时间从6.5 h缩短至3.4 h;使用复合催化剂充分反应后的PBS产物的相对分子质量和结晶性发生了变化,断裂伸长率达到307.90%。A series ofpoly(butylene succinate)(PBS) were synthesized through melt polycondensation from 1, 4-succinic acid and 1, 4-butanediol with tetra-n-butyl titanate or tetra-n-butyl titanate-aluminium phosphate as the catalyst. The effects of type and dosage of the catalysts on the melt polycondensation were investigated. The PBS products were characterized by means of 1H NMR, GPC, DSC and WAXRD. The experimental results indicated that the aluminium phosphate had no catalytic activity, and low polymers formed in the polycondensation when tetra-n-butyl titanate was used as the catalyst. The polycondensation time shortened from 6.5 h with tetra-n-butyl titanate as the catalyst to 3.4 h with tetra-n-butyl titanate-aluminium phosphate as the composite catalyst. Changes in the relative molecular mass and crystallizing behaviors of the fully-polycondensed PBS product were observed when the composite catalysts were used, and its elongation at break reached 307.90%.
