经会阴前列腺穿刺并发症分析及处理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨经会阴前列腺穿刺活检并发症的发生率、种类及降低并发症发生的方法。方法回顾性分析69例经会阴前列腺穿刺活检患者临床资料，分析并发症的发生率及构成情况，并总结降低并发症发生的处理经验。结果经会阴前列腺穿刺活检并发症的发生率为65.2％，并发症的种类主要包括三类，即局部不适、穿刺后出血、感染或发热。其中最多见是表现为会阴部不适和下尿路刺激症状的局部不适。结论经会阴前列腺穿刺活检并发症的发生率较高，术前、术中、术后的正确处理以及熟练的操作技术可降低并发症发生。Objective To analyze complications with transperineal prostate biopsy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on complications in 69 patients receiving transperineal prostate biopsy. Results The incidence of complications with transperineal prostate biopsy was 65.2%. The common complications include local discomfort, bleeding, infection and fever. Local discomfort was more evident, presenting as perineal discomfort and lower urinary irritation symptoms. Conclusion The incidence of complications with transperineal prostate biopsy is high. Appropriate perioperative management and skilled surgical techniques are favorable to comolication reduction.
