基因重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在功能性鼻内窥镜术后鼻腔创面愈合中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察基因重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,rhEGF)在功能性鼻内窥镜(functional endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS)术后鼻腔创面愈合中的应用效果。方法随机将60例FESS术后患者分为两组,30例使用rhEGF涂布创面的患者为试验组,其余30例未使用rhEGF的患者为对照组。观察两组患者创面愈合情况、切口疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间及并发症(切口感染、出血、血肿、囊泡、肉芽、息肉生长和纤维结缔组织增生、鼻腔粘连)情况。结果试验组创面愈合明显短于对照组(P<0.001),试验组创面疼痛程度更轻(P<0.001),疼痛持续时间更短(P<0.001),并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.005),未发现不良反应。结论在FESS术后创面恢复时使用rhEGF,能有效地促进和加快创面愈合,效果好,安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rhEGF）gel in repair of FESS.Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups,one group with 30 patients using rhEGF gel as test group and the other 30 patients as control group.All the patients were observed on several aspects such as healing time of wound surface,persistence time of ache,level of ache,and complications.Results Compared with control group,the test group had the shorter healing time of wound surface （P＜0.001）,the shorter persistence time of ache（P＜0.001）,the lower level of ache （P＜0.001）and the fewer complications（P＜0.005）.Conclusion rhEGF gel can facilitate the wound healing of FESS.
