鼻内镜修正术治疗多发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜修正术治疗多发性鼻息肉鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法将80例患者按入院先后顺序均分为观察组与对照组各40例,观察组给予鼻内镜修正术治疗,对照组给予常规手术治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.5%,对照组治疗有效率为70%,组间差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜修正术在治疗多发性鼻息肉鼻窦炎方面具有较好的临床效果,可以在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of endoscopic correction surgery on treatment of multiple nasal polyps sinusitis.Methods According to the order of admission,80 patients were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic correction treatment and the control group received conventional surgical treatment.The therapeutic effect of the patients was observed.Results The therapy efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 97.5％ and 70％.There was a significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The endoscopic correction surgery has better clinical effect in the treatment of multiple nasal polyps sinusitis.
