药物联合行为干预治疗输尿管留置双J管后膀胱过度活动症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨药物及行为干预对输尿管留置双J管后膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的疗效。方法从我院泌尿外科住院治疗的患者中筛选出留置双J管后出现OAB患者共59例,随机分为观察组30例和对照组29例。两组均给予行为干预,观察组另给予酒石酸托特罗定治疗,每日2次,每次2mg,连用3个月。结果治疗后观察组患者Qmx及PVR较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05),但PQmax组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组24小时内平均排尿次数、尿失禁次数均明显减少(P<0.05),而每次排尿量有显著增加(P<0.05),且观察组排尿情况改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论酒石酸托特罗定联合行为干预能有效改善输尿管留置双J管后OAB症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of drug combined with behavioral intervention on the symptoms of overactive bladder （OAB） after the insertion technique of double J ureteral stent.Methods 59 patients from the department of urology in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group （n=30）,the control group （n=29）.Two groups were given by behavioral intervention,and additionally the observation group was given by Tolterodine tartrate for 3 months,2 times/day,2mg/times.Results 3 months after treatment,the average level of Qmx and PVR in the observation group were higher than them in the control group （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference between the groups （P＞0.05）about PQmax.The number of urgency episodes per 24 hours and the times of the micturitions in both groups significantly decreased （P＜0.05） and the average urine output per times increased （P＜ 0.05）,which all improved more obviously than them in the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Tolterodine tartrate combined with Behavioral intervention on treating OAB after the insertion technique of double J ureteral stent are effective.
