摘　　要：目的分析胃肠间质瘤64层螺旋CT的表现特点,初步判断其良恶性,同时总结胃肠间质瘤的少见征象。方法回顾性分析44例病理证实为胃肠间质瘤的CT特点及细胞有丝分裂数,分别将肿瘤的原发部位、直径、坏死情况、边缘、强化特点、远处脏器及淋巴结转移与细胞有丝分裂数相比较,采用Fisher′s exact检验分析其相关性。结果肿瘤的原发部位、直径、边缘、组织浸润及远处转移在良恶性肿块中存在统计学差异(P<0.05),胃肠间质瘤可以合并钙化、乏血供、淋巴结转移、合并淋巴管瘤等少见征象。结论胃肠间质瘤的64层螺旋CT表现有特征性,可以初步判断肿块良恶性,同时应重视胃肠间质瘤少见征象,减少误诊。Objective To identify the predictors of malignancy and to demonstrate the uncommon radiological features of gastrointestinal stromal tumours using multislice CT.Methods 44 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumours were enrolled in the retrospective clinical trial.Possible relationships between mitotic index and tumour location,size,necrosis,contour,enhancement pattern and metastasis to distant sites and lymphadenopathy were tested by Fisher＇s exact test.Results In the study,the localization,size,contour,metastasis to distant sites and lymphadenopathy of the tumours were all associated with a high mitotic index in statistical analyses （P＜0.05）.Uncommon radiological findings seen on CT were calcification,lack of blood supply,lymphadenopathy and combined with lymphangioma.Conclusion Our results show that CT features of GISTs are helpful in identifying predictors of malignant behaviour.Meanwhile,Uncommon radiological findings are worth paying attention.
