摘  要:目的探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)在肝细胞癌诊断(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的应用价值。方法对38例HCC进行DWI成像,测量肿瘤及瘤周正常肝组织的表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值,并行统计分析。结果 HCC病灶在DWI图像上呈高信号或中高信号;HCC组织ADC值为(1.15±0.51)×10-3 mm2/s,正常肝组织ADC值为(1.61±0.73)×10-3 mm2/s,两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 HCC组织与正常肝组织的ADC值有显著差异;DWI在肝内病灶诊断中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) diagnosis.Methods Thirty-eight patients with HCCs had undergone preoperative liver conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),and the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was obtained.The ADC values of tumors and normal liver tissues were measured on DWI images by one radiologist,and their differences were analyzed.Results All 38 HCCs showed high signal intensity on the diffusion-weighted images.The mean ADC values of the HCCs and normal liver tissues were 1.15 ± 0.51 and 1.61 ± 0.73 × 10-3 mm2/s,respectively.The ADC values of the HCCs were significantly lower than those of normal liver tissues (p =0.000).Conclusion The ADC values of the HCCs and the normal liver tissues were significantly different,which may be useful in the diagnosis of hepatic lesions.
