摘　　要：当前历史文化街区的保护与开发成为各个城市建设的重要内容,为了保护文化遗产,同时适应现代生活,人们提出了"保护性开发"的概念。但几乎每个城市的历史文化街区的"保护性开发"都饱受争议,毁誉参半。鉴于此,有必要根据历史文化街区的价值体系设立一个历史文化街区保护性开发的评价体系。It has been a realistic demand for every city to protect and develop the historical and/ or cultural street district at present. The concept of ＂the protectional development＂ has been advocated for the sake of the protection of culture heritage combining with the contemporary, life. However,the concept has been a debate and the conclusion is barely made. For that,it is necessary to set an evaluation sysytem on the base of the value system of a special district.
