某大学本科生避孕节育知识与生殖健康现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解某大学本科生避孕节育和生殖健康方面的知识、态度和行为紧急避孕节育的利用和需求情况,分析并提出相应解决措施。方法采用匿名自填问卷的方法对本科生进行调查。结果有89.30%的学生认为有必要了解避孕节育及生殖健康知识;有73.1%的大学生对西方流行的"性解放"观念持赞成或无所谓态度;有55.10%的学生认为选择避孕药具应最先考虑效果。结论高校应开设避孕节育教育和服务,教学内容为性行为相关的生理与心理,及避孕节育的实用方法。Objective To understand some university undergraduate contraceptive and to reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior of the emergency contraceptive use and demand, analysis and put forward the corresponding solutions. Methods Using the method of questionnaire anonymous fill of undergraduate students in the investigation. Results 89.30 % of the students think it is neces- sary to know the contraception and birth control and reproductive health knowledge; 73.10 % of the college students of popular western ＂sex＂ ideas have a favorable or indifferent attitude; 55.10 % of the students think choosing contraceptives should first consideration effect. Conclusions Universities should contraceptive education and open service, teaching content for the sexual behavior of related physical and mental, and a practical method of contraception and birth control.
