摘　　要：职业既是谋生的手段和身份的象征,也是施展才华的舞台和自由发展的天地。但就女性而言,职业与事业的错位、工作与家庭的矛盾、观念与行为的冲突,以及传统性别角色的定位和性别分工模式的定型,使女性在职业选择中困难重重。因此,转换视角、赋权自我,努力开创21世纪知识女性职业发展的多元化路径,是妇女理论研究和妇女发展实践共同面临的重要任务。A person＇s vocation, a means to make a living, represents his or her social status, providingan arena for demonstrating one＇s abilities and fulfilling self development. However, female intellectuals have difficulty in vocational options due to malposition of an occupation and a career, contradiction between an occupation and a family, concepts and behaviors, and stereotyped gender notion. An important mission facing women studies and practical studies is to shift perspectives and seek self empowerment in an attempt to expand ways of multiple professional development of female intellectuals in 21st century.
