长江赤心堤整治工程监理工作刍议

摘　　要：结合长江赤心堤江岸整治工程监理工作和实践经验 ,阐述了要较好地完成整治工程施工阶段的监理任务 ,必须采取对进度实施动态控制 ,对质量实施过程控制 。Combined with the supervision work and experience of the bank revovation project of Chixin Dyke of the Changjiang River,this paper stated the measures which are the dynamic control of schedule,the process control of quality and the quantity control of investment in order to finish better the construction supervision task of the bank renovation project.
