规模以上工业企业技术创新效率的行业分析

摘　　要：利用数据包络分析法,对我国37个行业规模以上工业企业技术创新的效率进行了分析和评价,在此基础上利用Tobit模型对影响行业创新效率的因素进行了分析。结果显示:24个行业规模以上工业企业技术创新不具有DEA效率;行业集中度的提高和政府资助有利于提高产业的创新效率,而外资利用和国有及国有控股企业产值比重的提高反而降低了行业的创新效率。This paper analyses and evaluates the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese industrial enterprises above the designated size in 37 different trades with data envelopment analysis. Then the influence factors of the innovation effi- ciency are analyzed with model of Tobit. The result shows that： the industrial enterprises above the designated size in 24 dif- ferent trades are inefficiencies in the technological innovation; industry concentration, government assistance have positive effect on the innovation efficiency of the industrial enterprises, but the proportion of the foreign investment, the proportion of the state-owned and joint-ownership have negative effect on the innovation efficiency.
