摘　　要：通过对浙江省余姚市中小企业的抽样问卷调查,运用Tobit模型,实证分析了融资约束对县域中小企业研发投入(R&D)的影响。实证结果表明:融资约束程度降低对县域中小企业研发投入水平的提升有显著的正向影响;此外,规模较大、成立年限较长、经营业绩较好的中小企业有更为充足的资金支持,对企业的研发投入较高。This paper, through sampling questionnaire survey on small and medium-sized enterprises in Yuyao, Zhejiang province, using Tobit model, empirical analyses the financing constraints on rural small and medium-sized enterprises＂ R＆D. The result shows that reducing the degree of financing constraints will have significant positive influence on the rural small and medium-sized enterprises＂ R＆D investment level. In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises with larger size, longer established years, and better performance will have more sufficient capital support, also with high R＆D invest- ment.
