长沙市地区健康成人血清肌酐参考区间的调查

摘　　要：目的 建立长沙地区健康成人血清肌酐（Scr）的参考区间.方法 将1 734例健康者按性别分为男性组及女性组,每组按年龄再分为18～30岁、〉30～40岁、〉40～50岁、〉50～60岁、〉60～70岁、〉70岁组.采用Scr（肌氨酸氧化酶法）检测试剂盒及日立7600-020全自动生化分析仪检测上述人群的Scr浓度,根据统计结果划分95%参考区间.结果 男性体检者的Scr浓度明显高于女性（P＜0.001）,其95%参考区间为：56.3～91.0 μmol/L（18～30岁）、56.2～95.8 μmol/L（〉30～70岁）、60.1～112.9 μmol/L（＞70岁）;女性体检者Scr的95%参考区间为：41.0～65.6 μmol/L（≤60岁）、44.7～86.2 μmol/L（＞60岁）.结论 建立长沙地区健康成人的Scr参考区间可为该地区临床医师和检验人员提供参考.Objective To establish serum creatinine（Scr） reference intervals of healthy adults in Changsha region. Methods 1 734 healthy people were divided into male group and female group according to gender,and each group was subdivided into 18- 30, 〉 30- 40, 〉40- 50,〉 50- 60, 〉 60- 70, 〉 70 years old group according to age. Scr（sarcosine oxidase） assay kit and Hitachi 7600-020 automatic biochemical analyzer were adopted to detect Scr concentrations of people mentioned above. 95 % reference intervals were divided according to statistical results. Results Scr concentration of male people was significantly higher than that of female（P〈0.001 ）, and its 95 % reference intervals were .. 56.3 - 91.0 μmol/L（ 18-30 years old）, - 56.2- 95.8 μmol/L（30- 70 years old） ,60.1-112.9 μmol/L（〉70 years old）. 95% reference intervals of female people were：41.0-65.6 μmol/L（≤60 years old）, 44.7-86.2 μmol/L（≤60 years old）. Conclusion Establishing Scr reference interval of healthy adults in Changsha region could provide a reference to clinicians and laboratory technicians.
