摘　　要：网络能力是经济全球化下企业生存和发展需要具备的一种动态的合作能力,是企业竞争力的来源之一,而GVC升级是企业国际化的终极目标。以中国南珠产业集群企业为研究对象,构建网络能力的理论模型,以GVC治理为调节变量,资源获取为中介变量,使用层级回归方法探讨GVC治理对企业网络能力和竞争力的影响机理与影响路径,为企业GVC升级提供理论依据,根据研究结论探讨了中国南珠产业集群企业可能的升级模式与选择。The network competence is a dynamic cooperative ability that an enterprise should have to survive and develop under the economic globalization, and the GVC upgrading is the ultimate goal of an enterprise to be internationalized. This paper has constructed a theoretical model of the enterprise＇s network competence taking the South Pearl industry cluster enterprises as research object, and using the GVC governess as an adjustable variable and resource obtaining as an intermediate variable. A hierarchical regression analysis is made to explore the influential mechanism and pathway of cluster enterprises＇ network competence and competitiveness. And based on the research results, the paper offered the concrete pathways and timetable of the GVC upgrading for the South Pearl industry cluster enterprises.
