摘  要:以50 t桁架式龙门起重机为研究对象,采用有限单元法,基于MSC.Patran平台,建立该龙门起重机有限元模型。在综合分析龙门起重机各种工况后,选择3种典型工况,用MSC.NASTRAN软件对其进行静强度和静刚度分析,生成应力、变形云图。通过对云图分析,得到各个工况下该龙门起重机的最大应力值、最大应力位置、应力分布以及各个工况下该龙门起重机的最大变形量、最大变形量位置、变形分布。根据得到的数据,校核各个工况下该龙门起重机的刚度和强度。这对提高该龙门起重机的结构性能、作业能力以及降低设计成本都有十分重要的作用,也对其他龙门起重机的设计具有一定的借鉴价值。With 50 t truss gantry crane as a study object,the finite element method is adopted for establishment of fi-nite element model of the crane based on MSC.Patran platform.Three typical working conditions are selected for static strength and static rigidity analysis by MSC.NASTRAN software after comprehensive analysis of various conditions of gan-try cranes,in order to form the stress and deformation chart.Through analysis,the maximum stress value,maximum stress location,stress distribution are worked out for such gantry crane under various conditions,as well as maximum deforma-tion,maximum deformation location and distribution.According to resulting data,strength and rigidity of the crane under various conditions are reviewed.This is important to improve the structural performance,capability and reduce design costs,and also provides guidance for designing other gantry cranes.
