海水灌溉农业的内涵、特征及发展对策建议

摘　　要：海水灌溉农业是以滨海滩涂、海水资源以及耐海水植物为劳动对象进行农业生产的现代化农业类型,其关键技术是耐海水经济作物的发掘和驯化。本文以海水灌溉农业的内涵及特征为着眼点,探讨"蓝色粮仓"视角下,发展海水灌溉农业的战略意义。海水灌溉农业丰富了"蓝色粮仓"的内涵,拓展了"蓝色粮仓"的仓储范围,提高了海洋生态效益。论文分析了国内外海水灌溉农业发展的现状及问题,以"蓝色粮仓"发展为背景,提出了我国发展海水灌溉农业的对策建议。Seawater irrigation agriculture belongs to one of the modem types of agriculture, with the subject of labor of the combination of tidal fiat, seawater and seawater resistant plants, and its key technology is the exploration and domestication of seawater-resistant crops. In this paper, the strategic significance of seawater is discussed from the perspective of ＂Blue Granary＂, started with the connotation and characteristics of seawater irrigation. Seawater irrigation agriculture not only enriches the connotation of ＂Blue Granary＂ and broadens its scope, but also enhances marine ecological benefits. This paper analyzes the domestic present situation and problems of seawater irrigation agricutture, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions under the background of the development of ＂Blue Granary＂.
