摘　　要：目的评估“4·20”四川芦山地震灾区灾后血吸虫病防控措施阶段性效果及血吸虫病传播流行风险，为制定下阶段防控工作提供参考依据。方法根据芦山、天全两县历史血吸虫病疫情资料及现场调查情况，结合地震受灾情况，每县在受灾严重且历史流行程度较重的乡（镇）中抽取2-3个乡（镇）、每个乡（镇）选择1个流行村作为评估村。对评估村的螺情、当地居民和外来人员的血防知识和疫水接触情况、相关卫生行为等情况进行调查。同时对两县外来人员进行血吸虫病病情监测并排查可疑发热病人。综合评估灾后血吸虫病防治效果。结果芦山县和天全县的5个评估村活螺平均密度为0．41只／0．1m2，未发现感染性钉螺。对655名外来人员进行血清学检测，阳性率为2．14％，未发现粪检阳性病人。排查两县发热病人484人，未发现急性血吸虫病人。经过单因素和多因素非条件Logistic检验，发放宣传资料的健康教育形式更适宜当地居民，而树立警示牌对外来人员的宣传效果更好。结论经过落实有效防控措施，“4·20”地震后芦山县和天全县血防工作取得阶段性成绩，但仍需不断深入开展有针对性的健康教育宣传，加强血吸虫病监测。应采取适宜的防控措施．阻断血吸虫病传播途径．力争如期实现血吸虫病传播阻断的目标。Objective To evaluate the effect of schistosomiasis control in Lushan earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan Prov- ince, so as to provide the evidence for formulating appropriate measures for schistosomiasis prevention and control. Methods Ac- cording to the data of historical schistosomiasis prevalence, 5 villages were selected as research sites and field investigations were conducted. Results The average density of Oncomelania hupensis snails was 0.41 snails/0.1 m2, and there were no schistosome- infected snails. There were no acute schistosomiasis cases in these five villages. For local residents, the health education leaflets were more suitable than warning signs, and for migrant population, they were more concerned about the warning signs. Conclu- sion After the implementation of effective prevention and control works, the epidemic risks of schistosomiasis have been con- trolled. However, the health education, surveillance, and prevention measures for schistosomiasis still need to be persisted in.
