摘　　要：工业园区实现资源的有效可持续和高度集约利用是解决工业化与生态环境保护之间矛盾的有效途径。采用数量化的实证研究,建立产业集群与循环经济的特征指标,进一步验证产业集群与循环经济之间的均衡互动关系。工业园区应以现有的产业集群为基础,通过市场竞争、集聚资源和延伸产业链等措施切实推进循环经济发展。Industrial park to achieve a sustainable and high- ly effective resource intensive use is to＇solve the contradic- tion between industrialization and ecological environment protection effective way, this article from industrial clusters and circular economy theory, through economics to analyze the circular economy industrial cluster effect and equilibri- um processes interaction,.and the use of quantitative empiri- cal studies, the establishment of industrial clusters and the characteristics of circular economy indicators, further valida- tion and circular economy industrial clusters balance be- tween interaction. Then put forward the existing industrial park industrial cluster based through market competition, gathering resources and extend the industrial chain, and other measures to effectively promote the development of circular economy countermeasures.
