百搭套色工艺应用浅析

摘　　要：汽车百搭套色是一个创新焦点,围绕创新焦点实现百搭涂装工程,目的是要实现在生产线上做批量改装,满足各种消费群体的需求,达到具有攻击性视觉冲击力,定位于追求时尚的现代化市场。而对于涂装生产线之间的柔性结合实现高质量的套色车,是涂装工艺的一个亮点和课题攻关。通过对某实际生产中的使用情况,介绍了某SUV的百搭套色第一、第二遍喷涂以及二次喷涂前遮蔽、打磨等工艺流程。Tinted car all-match is a focus of innovation, especially for all-match coating engineering online. This study is to realize batch conversion, meet the needs of wlrious consumer groups, and achieve aggressive visual impact. For coating production line, to achieve high quality of tinted car coating process is difficult to break through. Based on an actual coating procedure, this article introduces a SUV all-match color coating including the first coat and second coat before covering and polishing process.
