摘　　要：湿地是重要的生态资源,湿地公园是集休闲、科普、生态等于一体的湿地保护的有效模式。从环境与资源保护的角度,以济南白云湖国家湿地公园为例,阐述湿地公园的价值、规划原则与管理规范,并针对目前存在的主要问题如环境评估、生态补偿、资金保障、管理机构和责任落实等,提出了规范管理、完善立法、明确责任等对策建议。Wetland is an important ecological resources, and wetland park is an effective wetland protection mode that integrates leisure, popular science, and ecology. From the perspective of environment and resources protection, and taking Baiyun Lake National Wetland Park as the example, the paper expounds the value, planning principles and management specification of wetland park, and proposes relevant policy suggestions aiming at the existing problems such as environmental evaluation, ecological compensation, funding, administrative units, and responsibilities.
