摘　　要：本文拟以黄土高原县域中小学校为对象,明确其中小学校现状特征及问题,审视中小学校布局调整规划的前提、核心、标准和基础,以期为探索适合黄土高原各县域特征的布局调整提供可以借鉴的依据。This paper taking the middle and primary schools as the object in the Loess Plateau, clears the characteristics and problems of middle and primary schools in presem situation, exanaines the premise, core, standard and basis of the school layout adjust planning, in order to provide reference basis for exploring the layout adjustment for each county in Loess plateau.
