摘　　要：本文通过对新型农村社区规划工作进行系统的研究分析,希望能够为河南未来农村新型社区建设制定合理的建设规划方案、节约规划建设成本、提高政府规划效率等方面提供一定的借鉴,进而为政府决策提供有益的参考。This paper makes a systematic study on the new rural community planning, hopes to provide some reference for setting up reasonable construction planning, saving the cost of planning and construction, improving the efficiency of government planning, and so on in the future Henan rural new community construction, and then provides a useful reference for the government decisionmalting.
