摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,城市中的各种广场建设遍地开花,规模、性质各异。广场已经是一个渗透到人们生活中的生活元素,更是一个城市设计中重要的开放空间元素。但是广场设计的质量良莠不齐,而且大多缺乏特色。针对上述情况,本文以长春市文化广场的设计为例,简要论述了兴建城市广场的必要性,以及广场设计过程中应注意的问题。With the development of our national economy; all kinds of city square constraction blossom everywhere with different scale and properties. Square is already a permeate life elements in people＇s lives, is more important open space alements in city design. But the square dcsign quality is uneven, some good and some bad, and most of them are lack of features. In view of the above situation, ta^ng the design of Changchun City Cultural Square as an example, this paper briefly discusses the neccssity of the city square design construction, and problcms should pay attention in the process of city square design process.
