摘　　要：在高层建筑住宅楼工程的施工过程中,需要我们谨慎施工、认真组织,提高工程组织和施工人员的自身素质,以保证工程施工过程的顺利完成。本文对高层建筑住宅楼工程施工中的基础施工工作特征进行了分析,探讨了主要技术和应用方法。In the consWaction process of highrise residential building project, people need careful construction, carefully organized, and improve the quality of project organization and construction personnel in order to ensure the successful completion of the construction process. In this article, the author analyzes the foundation construction work characteristics of highrise residential building project construction, and discusses the major technical and application methods.
