摘　　要：基于昆山的实证研究,研究指出机构养老设施建设存在着内涵模糊、总量不足、布局错位、结构失衡和民营化发展滞后等表象问题;认为部门分割、户籍限制、政策悖论及"路径依赖"的惯性思维是深层原因所在;关注机构养老设施背后的多重属性,完善以空间为切入点的规划分析方法,从配置标准、空间布局、规划实施和运营管理等方面提出了规划应对。Based on a positive study, the paper indicates the problems of present senior facilities, analyzes the underlying reasons and multiple characters of senior agencies. The author suggests integrating spatial planning approach, and puts forwards planning measures in senior people facilities configuration standard, spatial layout, planning implementation, and management.
