摘　　要：介绍尿基复合肥AZF工艺的成品冷却系统和流程,以及冷却的作用和要求。针对尿基复合肥吸湿性强的特点,分析了成品冷却的影响因素,提出了开停车的注意事项和出现的异常现象及处理措施,以保证尿基复合肥生产的连续性及产品质量。The product cooling system of urea-based compound fertilizers with AZF process and its process, role and requirements are introduced. Based on the high hygroscopicty of urea-based compound fertilizer, the influence factors of cooling is analyzed, the notices in opening and parking, the abnormal phenomenon and its treatment measures are pointed out to ensure the continuity of the production of urea-based compound fertilizers and the quality of the product.
