摘　　要：目的探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织中LATS2的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常宫颈组织和40例子宫颈鳞癌组织中LATS2的表达情况,分析其表达情况与宫颈鳞癌之间的关系。结果 LATS2在宫颈鳞癌中的细胞核表达明显低于正常宫颈上皮(P<0.05);LATS2的表达降低与患者的肿瘤大小及有无淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 LATS2在宫颈鳞癌中表达降低,其异常表达可能参与了宫颈鳞癌的发生发展。Objective To explore expression of LATS2 in cervical squamous cell cancer and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods The expression of LATS2 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissues and 40 cases of cervical squa- mous cell cancer by immunohistochemical SP were detected, and the relationship between LATS2 expression and cervical squamous cell cancer was analyzed. Results Nucleus expression of LATS2 was markedly decreased in cancer tissues compared to normal tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. Decrease of LATS2 was significantly correlated with cancer patients＇ tumor size and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Expression of LATS2 is markedly de- creased in cervical squamous cell cancer and the abnormal expression of LATS2 is likely to participate in the development and progress of cervical squamous cell cancer.
