摘　　要：目的:了解金华市农村基层医疗机构检验室生物安全现状,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据。方法:制定生物安全需求调查表,以文件形式下发至金华各县级医院和乡镇卫生院,进行生物安全管理现状调查。结果:乡镇卫生院高素质专业人才不足,培训较少;部分基层医疗机构的生物安全相关硬件设备配置不到位,制度不健全。结论:各机构应不断加强检验室硬件方面建设,对上岗人员任职资格进行严格把关,加强人员培训力度;政府应重视对农村基层医疗机构生物安全管理,加大财政投入。Objective To investigate the situation of laboratory biology safety in rural medical institutions of Jinhua, thereby to offer reference for health administrative department for policy making. Methods Investigation was made in county hospitals and township hospitals with questionnaires of biological safety needs. Results Township hospitals were short of high qualified technicians, and there were less trainings. Biological safety hardware and relative regulations were unsatisfactory in some medical institutions. Conclusions Each hospital should improve the hardware deployment and be strict in technician qualifications,as well as strengthen their trainings. The government should pay attention to manage- ment and increase more financial input.
