终末期患者癌性伤口的姑息护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨终末期患者癌性伤口的护理方法。方法:通过对11例患者局部伤口评估,选用湿性敷料达到自溶清创、治疗感染、减轻疼痛、防止出血、消除异味、收集渗液等作用和全身整体评估,注重心理沟通、家庭配合、营养支持等护理措施。结果:患者伤口清洁、控制感染、无明显疼痛及出血、无异味,周围皮肤完好,情绪改善。结论:湿性敷料能有效控制癌性伤口的症状,提高终末期患者生存质量。AbstractObjective To investigate the nursing care of the cancer wounds of endstage patients. Methods After e valuation of the wounds of 11 patients,we chose moist dressings to care the wounds,which worked in autolytic debride ment,infection control, odor removal, pain alleviation,bleeding prevention and exudate collection. And nursing measures such as systemic overall evaluation, psychological communication, family and nutrition treatment were focused on after wards. Results The abovementioned nursing care could clean the wounds, control the infection, have no obvious pain and bleeding,alleviate the odor,keep the skin around the wound intact,and could improve the mood of patients. Conclu sions Moist dressings can control the symptoms of the cancer wounds effectively,and improve the life quality of end stage patients.
