摘　　要：深圳报业大厦楼宇自动化系统自投入使用以来,在楼宇设备管理、监控、调度以及节能降耗方面发挥了不可或缺的作用。经过十多年的连续运行,系统出现了设备严重老化,故障频发,现有设备厂家已升级换代难寻配件的情况。如何升级改造,这是我国上世纪末建成的大量智能化楼宇当前所面临的共同问题。我们以先进实用、以新养旧、新旧结合、最大化发挥原有系统的价值为原则,给出了切实可行的解决方案。The building automation system of Shenzhen Press Tower played an indispensable role in management, monitoring, scheduling building equipment and energy saving sh^ce in used. After ten years of continuous operation, the system equipment is aging and failure-prone, existing equipment manufacturers have been upgraded replacement hard to find parts. How to upgrade, this is the current common problems faced by a large number of intelligent buiMing of the last century buiR. According to the principles of advanced and practical, the new raising the old, old and new combination to maximize the play value of the original system, we give the practical solutions.
