摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对玻璃体切割眼内填充术后患者遵医行为的影响。方法将64例玻璃体切割眼内填充术后患者按手术时间先后次序分为对照组与观察组,每组各32例。对照组按手术常规护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施自我管理教育及随访。比较两组患者坚持正确体位时间、遵医行为、术后并发症发生率的差异。结果实施自我管理教育后,观察组术后坚持正确体位时间较对照组长;遵医行为优于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论自我管理教育对提高患者的遵医行为,减少术后并发症的发生具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the influence of self-management and education on behaviors of medical compliance of patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with tamponade. Methods Sixty-four patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with tamponade were randomized equally into the control group and observation group in the order of admission. The control group received routine care and health education, while the observation group received self-management education follow-ups besides the routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of the cumulative time of the correct position, compliance behavior and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results The cumulative time of the correct position of observation group was longer than that of the control group after operation. The observation group did better in compliance behavior than the control group and the incidence of postoperative complications in the former group was lower than the latter (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Self-management and education can enhance patients' behaviors in medical compliance and decrease postoperative complications and promote the success of the surgery.
