儿童救助基金会医务社会工作者职业认同的探索性研究

摘　　要：我国医务社会工作还处于初步发展阶段,儿童救助基金会中的医务社工直接关系到基金会的运行管理,探讨医务社工的职业认同发展具有重要意义。本研究以三位医务社工为研究对象进行半结构化访谈,通过分析访谈资料发现,医务社工的职业认知在实务过程中逐渐形成,因救助对象的成功医治和个人成长带来积极职业情感,同时因工作压力和生活压力而引发消极情感,但还是表现出坚定的职业行为倾向。最后对我国医务社会工作发展以及社会工作专业教育提出建议。Medical social work is at preliminary stagement in our country. The medical social worker is very important post at foundations providing aids to children with diseases, determining its function and management. The exploration of professional identity of medical social worker is very significant.Three medical social workers were interviewed, who were selected according to the principle of convenience sampling. Career cognition is increasingly clear through practice. Career positive emotions and negative emotions feelings coexist. Positive emotional experience including great self-fulfillment from the help effects about rescuers and personal growth, negative emotions mainly including job stress caused by lack of competence and life stress because of low wages. Professional behavior tendencies is becoming more and more firm. Lastly, this study has some reference to the development of medical social work and professional education.
