摘　　要：我国人民代表大会定位为国家权力机关,有其深刻的理论渊源和长期的立法实践。人民代表大会在我国国家机构中居于首要地位,并拥有其他国家机关所不拥有的强大职权,然而,真正落实人大作为国家权力机关的宪法定位,还需要积极推进人大制度的完善。China People＇s Congress is our national power institution. It has profound theoretical sources and long institutional practice. People＇s Congress is of primary importance in our national institutions, and is entitled with a powerful authority that other national institutions are not entitled to. However, to implement the institutional positioning of People＇s Congress as national power institution, we need actively push the improvement of the system of the People＇s Congress.
