110例高空坠落儿童救治护理临床体会  

110 cases of falls from a height of children for treatment of clinical nursing experience

摘　　要：目的：研究探讨高空坠落儿童的救治护理措施。方法：选取本科宣2000．1～2012．1共收治的n0例高空坠落儿童的救治护理方法给予总结分析。结果：110例高空坠落儿童30例3周后治愈出院；40例6周后好转出院；37例8周后好转出院；3例患儿入院13d后经抢救无效死亡，救治成功率迭97．28％。所有出院患儿在出院后第3月复诊，15例在颅脑后遗症（7例言语不利，8例癫痫）；1例颈髓损伤导致双下肢瘫痪；治愈率达85．45％。结论：及时、认真、细致多方位检查、会诊、观察治疗和护理，能提高高空坠落儿童的救治成功率，预防减少并发症，减少致残率，提高患儿的生活质量。Objective：To study the falls from a height of children where care measures. Methods：The laboratory for 2000.1-2012.1 were treated 110 ca- ses of falls from a height of children where the methods of care given to summarize and analyze. 30 cases after 3 weeks of 110 eases of falls from a height of children were cured;40 cases after 6 weeks improved and discharged j improved and discharged after 37 eases and 8 weeks^three eases of children admitted to hospital 13 days after she died,the treatment success rate of 97.28%. March referral of all discharged children after discharge from hospital, 15 eases of ad- verse sequelae in the brain （7 cases of verbal, 8 eases of epilepsy）;one cases of cervical spinal cord injury causes paralysis of the lower limbs; cure rate of 85.45 %. Conclusion in a timely manner, serious, detailed multi-position cheek, consultation, observation and treatment and care, can improve the treatment success rate of fails from a height of children, prevention to reduce complications, reduce disability,improve the quality of life of children.
