3MZ350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：评价3MZ350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法：60例150颗牙采用3MZ350蚋米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损。治疗后6个月、2年复查，以改良的美国公共健康部（USPHS）制定的评定系统标准记录修复效果。结果；治疗后6个月修复体固位率为100％，无脱落及继发龋，治疗后2年修复体固位率为98％，有2颗边缘着色，1颗修复体部分脱落。结论：3MZ350蚋米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的临床疗效肯定，是修复牙颈部楔状缺损较理想的一种方法。ObjectivezTo evaluate the clinical effects of 3M Z350 nano--composite resin, 3M self--etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge--shaped de- fect. Methods i60 cases of 150 teeth with 3M Z350 composite resin, 3M self--etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge--shaped defect. Review 6 months after treatment, 2 years, the United States of America to improve the Department of public health （USPHS） to develop the assessment system of standard record- ing restoration effect. Results ：After the treatment,6 months prosthesis retention rate was 100%, no shedding and secondary caries, 2 year after treatment prosthesis retention rate was 98%, with 2 edge coloring, 1 restorations part off. ConclusionzThe clinical efficacy of 3M Z350 nano-composite resin, 3M self-- etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge--shaped defect, is an ideal method of wedge--shaped defect.
