自体骨——髌腱——骨移植重建前交叉韧带中西医结合治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价自体骨——髌腱——骨移植重建前交叉韧带疗效观察。方法：按病例入选标准选出36例前交叉韧带完全损伤的患者进行关节镜下自体骨-髌腱-骨移植重建手术。结果：36例均获得3个月～36个月随访，平均26个月。优28例，良5例，可3例。4例术后出现不同程度髌前疼痛，1例并发膝关节伸直型僵直，经关节镜下松解后有效改善。结论：关节镜下自体骨——髌腱——骨移植重建前交叉韧带取材方便，是恢复膝关节功能的理想方法。Objective To evaluate the autologous bone -- patellar tendon -- bone graft anterior cruciate ligament efficacy observed. The inclusion criteria selected ca- ses the arthroscopic autologous bone -- patellar tendon -- bone graft surgery in patients 36 cases the anterior cruciate ligament injury. Results 36 patients were 3 months -- 36 months follow--up, an average of 26 months. Excellent in 28 cases, good in 5 cases, 3 cases. 4 cases postoperative pain varying degrees Prepatellar of, 1 case of knee extension stiffness, arthroscopic release effectively improved. Conclusion Arthroscopic autologous bone -- patellar tendon -- bone graft reconstruction of the anterior cru- ciate ligament easily obtained,is the ideal way to restore knee function.
