斑马导丝引导下导尿管植入术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨斑马导丝引导下导尿管植入术的临床疗效和价值。方法：回顾性分析自2007年10月-2012年12月以来我院117例斑马导丝引导下导尿管植入术的临床资料。结果：115例行斑马导丝引导下导尿管置入术取得成功，平均手术时间32．5min，平均出血lOml，平均灌注液体量600ml；2例后尿道断裂病人置入导丝失败改行开放手术，术后留置导尿管时间因疾病不同而定，尿道损伤和尿道扩张后留置导尿管2～4周，前列腺增生者保留到择期手术。尿道损伤和狭窄者拔除导尿管后继续行尿道扩张，第一个月每周一次，以后每月一次，共计两年，随访2年，患者均未出现尿道狭窄、尿线变细或排尿困难。结论：斑马导丝引导下导尿管植入术具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、疗效满意等优点，值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and value of Urethral catheterization under the guidance of the zebra urological guidewire. Methods： Retro- spective analysis the clinical data of 117 patients of Urethral catheterization under the guidance of the zebra urological guidewire from October 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital. Results：In the 117 patients,115 operations were occomplished successfuly, the average operation time was 32.5 min, and the average bleeding 10 ml, av- erage filling liquid volume 600 ml, 2 cases of patients with posterior urethral rupture in thread failure rerouted to open surgery, postoperative indwelling catheter time due to different diseases, urinary tract injury and urethral dilatation after 2 - 4 weeks, detaining urethral catheter for prostate should keep to the undergoing elective surgery. The patients of urethral injury and stricture continue to urethral dilatation after urethral catheter , the first month once a week, then once a month, a total of two years, 2 years of follow--up, no urethral stricture occurred, urine line thinner or dysuria. Conclusion：The urethral catheterization under the guidance of the zebra urological guidewire has a shorter operation time, minor trauma, rapid recovery, curative effect is satisfactory, is worthy of popularization and application.
