摘　　要：目的：对BiPAP无创正压通气治疗AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理探讨。方法：56例AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者，给予BiPAP无创正压通气治疗同时，实施心理护理、生命体征监测、气道护理、预防并发症等护理措施。结果：本组AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者经治疗后临床症状及体征得到明显改善，均治愈出院。结论：对AECOPD并Ⅱ呼吸衰竭患者给予机械通气治疗，并实施有针对性的护理措施，有助于改善患者的临床症状，提高治愈率。Objective： nursing of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD and type If respiratory failure of BiPAP. Meth- ods： 56 patients with AECOPD and in patients with type II respiratory failure, given BiPAP noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment at the same time, the implementation of psychological care, monitoring of vital signs, airway nursing, prevention of complications. Results： in this group of pa- tients with AECOPD and respiratory failure after treatment, clinical symptoms and signs were improved obviously, were cured and discharged. Conclusion： mechanical ventilation therapy for AECOPD patients with type II respiratory failure, and the implementation of targeted nursing measures, help to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate.
