摘　　要：目的：总结象皮肿患者的护理经验。方法：系统回顾我科收治的象皮肿患者的临床资料，采用病变组织切除植皮方法治疗。结果：8例患者治疗护理效果满意，无并发症发生。结论：手术治疗是治疗象皮肿的有效方法。严格选择适应症和术前充分准备是治疗成功的前提，精心的术中、术后护理和观察是治疗成功的重要环节，可减少并发症，提高治疗成功率。Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of patients with elephantiasis. Methods the clinical data of patients admitted to our hospital from elephantiasis review system, treated by excision of the lesion skin grafting method. Results： 8 cases of patients with satisfactory effect, without compli- cation. Conclusion： operation treatment is an effective method for treating elephantiasis. Strict selection of indication and preoperative preparation is a prereq- uisite for successful treatment, careful intraoperative, postoperative nursing and observation is an important part of successful treatment, can reduce compli- cations, improve the success rate of treatment.
