摘　　要：目的：探讨两种血糖针在2型糖尿病患者血糖监测中应用的情况。方法：选择本院内分泌科病房共30名患者进行调查。对比同一护士在为z型糖尿痛患者进行血糖监_刹使用一次性采血血糖针和采血笔血糖针时患者的疼痛评分及自我感受、患者出血量准确性、患者认为操作的简便性等情况。结果：患者疼痛评分情况比较，一次性采血血糖针和采血笔血糖针对患者的疼痛评分和自我感受情况比较，一次性采血针患者疼痛感轻，差异有统计学意义。血糖监测要求出血量以及刺穿患者手指皮肤深度的精确性情况比较，差异无统计学意义。操作的简便性。操作时发生刺伤的风险性比较，差异具有统计学意义。结论：一次性采血血糖针和采血笔血糖针比较安全性及简便性明显优于采血笔血糖针。一次性采血血糖针用于血糖监测时在保证血糖监测准确性同时操作具有简便性可更加有效地降低护士针刺伤的发生率从而保障了护士的职业安全。Objective： To study the two kinds of glucose injection in patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar monitoring application. Methods：Our hospi- tal endocrinology ward,a total of 30 patients were investigated. Compared to the same nurses for patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar monitoring using disposable needles and blood glucose in patients with blood glucose of patients with pain scores and personal feelings, the bleeding accuracy,patients think the simplicity of operation, and so on and so forth. Results：The patients pain grading comparison, disposable needle blood glucose and blood glucose in patients pain score and self feel the situation is,a one--time blood collection needle pain in patients with light,difference have statistical significance. Blood glucose mo- nitoring require the bleeding as well as the accuracy of the depth of finger skin puncture patients,there was no statistically significant difference. Stabbed oc- curs when the ease of operation, the operation risk of comparison, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion：The disposable needle blood glucose and blood glucose pen needle is obviously better than the comparative safety and ease blood glucose injection. One--off blood glucose injection is used for blood glucose monitoring in blood sugar monitoring accuracy at the same time operating with ease can more effectively reduce the incidence of nurses needlestick in- jury so as to ensure the nurses occupational safety.
