股神经阻滞和芬太尼分别复合小剂量咪达唑仑用于股骨骨折椎管内麻醉前应用的比较

摘　　要：寒区入冬以后股骨骨折的发生机率增高，而骨折病人术前止痛并未得到足够的认识，摆麻醉体位时剧烈疼痛引起心率增快，血压升高可造成严重并发症，为此我们应用了股神经阻滞、芬太尼分别复合小剂量咪达唑仑两种方法进行术前镇痛，缓解患者的紧张焦虑，减轻疼痛，降低应激反应的对照研究，现将研究结果分析如下。The cold winter incidence of fractures of the femur increased,while the fracture patients before the pain has not obtained the enough under- standing,before anesthesia position when the pain caused by increased heart rate,blood pressure and can cause severe complications,we use the femoral nerve block,fentanyl respectively combined with small dose of midazolam two methods preoperative analgesic, relieve anxiety, relieve the pain of patients, reduce stress,the results are analysed as follows.
