呼吸机相关性肺炎的集束化护理干预

摘　　要：目的：就呼吸机相关性肺炎的集束化护理干预进行探讨。方法：选取我院重症监护室自2009年1月至2012年1月之间所收治的100例呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，分别是研究组、对照组，每组各50例。50例对照组患者采取常规的护理方法，而50例研究组患者在对照组的基础上采取集束化护理干预方法。结果：研究组经过上述护理之后，显效（症状较治疗前明显减轻）43例（86％），有效（症状有所减轻）6倒（12％），无效（治疗前后临床症状元改善）1例（2％），总有效率98％。而对照组，显效33例（66％），有效5例（10％），无效12例（24％），总有效率76％，具有显著差异，P〈0．01。结论。通过上述的一系列集束化护理干预措施，我’院呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床护理工作得到了患者及其家属的广泛认可。Objective：To explore nursing intervention for patients with ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods：In our hospital ICU between 2009 Janu- ary to 2012 January were treated 100 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） patients as research subjects,which were randomIy divided into two groups, control group respectively, research groups, each group had 50 patients. Take the routine nursing group 50 cases of patients, 50 cases of patients in study group and control group on the basis of the nursing intervention methods. Results：The study group after the care, effective （symptoms significantly re- duced） in 43 cases （86%）,effective （ease symptoms） in 6 cases （12%）,invalid （clinical symptoms before and after treatment no improvement） in1 cases （2%） ,the total efficiency of 98%,while the control group,effective in 33 cases （66%）,effective in 5 cases （10%）,invalid in 12 cases （24%）,the total effi- ciency of 76 %, with significant differences, P〈0.01. Conclusion; Through a series of cluster the nursing intervention measures, clinical nursing of patients with ventilator--associated pneumonia in our hospital work has been widely recognized by patients and their families.
