摘　　要：目的：探讨板层角膜移植患者围术期的护理方法。方法：72例行板层角膜移植术的患者术前做好心理护理，术后加强病情观察，做好生活护理，并发症的处理及出院指导。结果：72例患者临床刺激症状改善，视力有明显提高。结论：角膜移植术是一种有效的复明手段，加强对患者术前、术后护理，有利于患者术后视力的恢复。Objective： To explore the nursing methods in perioperative period in patients with lamellar cornea transplantation. Method： 72 cases were performed lamellar keratoplasty patients preoperative psychological nursing, close observation after operation, good life care, treatment of complications and discharge guidance. Results： 72 patients with clinical symptoms improved visual stimulation, increased. Conclusion： Keratoplasty is an effective means to strengthen the nursing of patients with cataract, preoperative, postoperative visual acuity, recovery for patients after.
