升血调元颗粒对胃癌患者化疗时红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨升血调元颗粒对胃癌化疗患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：用红细胞c3b受体花环试验（RBc—c3bRR）、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验（RBC—ICR）检测35例胃癌患者应用中药升血调元颗粒配合化疗对红细胞免疫功能的影响，与同期单纯应用化疗患者的红细胞免疫功能进行比较。结果：35例胃癌患者化疗后配合使用升血调元颗粒组RBc～c3bRR较治疗前升高，RBC—ICR较治疗前下降，治疗前后比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05），对于单纯化疗组，与使用升血调元颗粒组相反，RBC—c3bRR进一步下降，RBC—ICR进一步升高，治疗前后有显著差别（P〈0．05）。结论：升血调元颗粒能显著提高胃癌化疗患者的红细胞免疫功能。Objective： To explore the effect of ShengXue tiaoyuan particle on erythroeyte immunity in patients with gastric cancer. Method： Red blood cell c3b receptor rosette （RBC-eSbRR） and red blood cell immune complex receptor rosette（RBC--ICR）were detected to reflect the erythrocyte immunity patients of theShengXue tiaoyuan particle combined with chemotherapy group （n= 35） and simple chemotherapy group （n= 35） were observed by test test. Result： In the ShengXue tiaoyuan particle combined chemotherapy group the level of RBC--c3bRR was inereased and the level of RBC--ICR was decreased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）, but in the chemotherapy group the level of RBC--c3bRR was decreased and the level of RBC--ICR was in- ereased compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ShengXue tiaoyuan particle could significantly increase the erythrocyte immunity in patients with gastric cancer.
