中西部地区文化共享工程发展现状与分析

摘　　要：全国文化信息共享工程是我国公共服务体系中一项重要惠民工程。目前,我国中西部地区文化共享工程建设面临的主要问题是城乡、区域发展不平衡,了解中西部地区文化共享工程不平衡发展现状,分析其不平衡发展的主要因素,确定中西部地区要完善保障机制,实施创新战略的发展方向,以缩小与东部地区的差距,推动地区内经济社会的快速发展。The National Cuhural Iniormatinn Sharing Project is an important benefit project in China＇ s public service system. At present, Ihe main problem faced by the Cultural Sharing Project construction in central and western regions is the regional development imbalance. This paper investigates its status and analyzes its unbalanced development of the main factors. Then it proposes that they should improve the security mechanism and implement innovative developing slralegies, to narrow the gap with the eastern region and promote its rapid development of economy anti sociely.
